Allison Colby is thrilled to be contributing, in a new way, to Culmore Clinic as it grows to meet the needs of the community. She brings the perspective of a healthcare professional to the role of Interim Executive Director and very much values the interfaith, compassionate approach that is Culmore Clinic. Allison is a certified Physician Assistant who graduated from James Madison University with a Master of Physician Assistant Studies degree. She completed her undergraduate degree in Psychology at The College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, VA. Her clinical background is in Family Medicine, with a special interest in diabetes education. Fueled by her hands-on experience, working in a variety of community clinics with differing models, Allison has a passion for improving access to quality healthcare. When she’s not at The Clinic, Allison enjoys outdoor activities, live music, reading, running and spending time with her husband and 3-year-old daughter!
